Charlie & Ann Lewis
Co-Pastor
2_3_Image
Ann considers her leadership style to be collaborative. She seeks to facilitate, enable and equip others. Her compassion, creativity, and strengths in preaching, Christian education, visitations and general pastoral care are evident to those who know her. She has given continuing education emphasis in young children in worship, pre-marital and marital counseling, working with church volunteers, and preaching.
Charlie would say his leadership style is as a servant, and he seeks to follow Christ faithfully. His teamwork and his ability to affirm those he works with come across to those with whom he ministers. Charlie and Ann's efforts have fostered hospitality, generosity and a "family-friendly" atmosphere at First Prebyterian where they have served for ten years. The attention Charlie and Ann give to parish care ministries is strong. He has given continuing education emphasis to youth ministries, preaching, evangelism, equipping God's people for ministry, and spirituality.
Charlie and Ann find joy in sharing equally in ministry and parenting. Both appreciate the Northwest benefits of lifestyle, environment, and culture - as well as being close to Charlie's family in Yakima.  During the rainy season in Seattle, the Lewis family appreciates the opportunity to visit Ann's parents in sunny Arizona. The Lewis family also enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, and family outings to Seattle.

Brent McGee is our Director of Music Ministry. An elementary school music teacher, Brent works with the Adult Choir, schedules our special music, plays the organ and also helps in other areas as he is needed. A truly amazing musical talent himself, he's helping our musicians achieve wonderful levels of musical performance for the Audience of One.

Brent's compositions have been performed by the Cleveland Contemporary Youth Orchestra, the New Music Ensemble at the Cleveland Institute of Music, the Seattle Opera Young Artist Program, and the Rapid City Central High School Women's Choir.

Aaron & Beth Fishburn
Co-Directors of Youth & Children's Ministries

Aaron and Beth Fishburn bring energy and enthusiasm to their shared position as Directors of Youth and Children’s Ministries.  Both are graduates of Whitworth University, where Aaron majored in Theology, and Beth majored in Peace Studies.  Both have sensed a call to youth ministry throughout their lives and although this is their first full-time youth ministry position in a congregational setting, they bring diverse experiences from other congregational and camping ministries to children and youth.  Aaron grew up at Tall Timber Ranch, our Presbyterian church camp, where his parents are Co-Directors.  Beth grew up right here in Snohomish.  They have been called to serve our congregation as a team and will both assist the other, with Aaron taking primary responsibility for ministries to Jr. and Sr. High youth and college students, and Beth taking primary responsibility for children’s ministries.  In addition to being partners in ministry, Beth and Aaron are partners in making music together.  They perform at cafes, farmers markets, festivals, and fairs and have just released their third CD.
